There are many ways to change and personalize your blog background. The easiest way is to choose a template given directly in Blogger.com under your layout tab. You can make it a little cuter by going to www.cutestblogontheblock.blogspot.com. This blog offers a wide variety of pre-made blog backgrounds. Another plus, it won't mess up all the formatting you've already put on your blog (ie, widgets, HTML codes...etc) Be aware of blog background websites that might wipe out all the hard work you've put into your blog.
